Lindsay Bedard is the Vice President, Talent Management and Corporate HR at Lennox since joining the company in 2021. She leads a team of talented professionals focused on enhancing the Lennox employee experience. Prior to joining Lennox, Lindsay served as Senior Director, Talent Management for L3Harris Technologies. At L3Harris, she led talent management and learning and development for the Aviation Systems segment. Prior to joining L3Harris, Lindsay held HR leadership roles at Corning Incorporated and Anheuser-Busch InBev. Lindsay earned a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Ithaca College and master’s of labor relations and human resources from Michigan State University.
